Child's Guide To Our Service

Here at Synergy Fostering children and young people are very important to us. We believe that all children in our care deserve a safe and secure home.

A Supervising Social worker from Synergy Fostering will visit the foster home regularly to make sure everything is going well and to offer support and help for you or your foster carer with any problems. We work in five important ways that help us to help you.

What to do if you are not happy!

If there are any problems with the way you are being cared for, the people at Synergy Fostering will listen to your concern and if necessary help you to make a complaint.

We will talk to everyone involved and listen to all of the points of view including yours.

This helps us to decide the best way to sort the problem out. We will do this as quickly as we can, but we have to let everyone involved have the right to say what he or she thinks too.

At the end of this you will find out what has been decided about the problem.

If you are still not happy about the decision you can talk to the senior person at Synergy Fostering on 020 7618 7794
