Complaints

We have a complaints procedure in place if you are not satisfied with our service and are always willing to resolve this informally first.

If for any reason you are not happy with our service and you wish to make a complaint whether you are a foster Child, Foster Carer, Local Authority or a member of staff please contact any one of the three Directors (Shobha Harris, John Barnes or Gurmeet Sodhi) who will deal wiith your complaint promptly.
