Synergy Fostering is an independent fostering agency dedicated to providing safe and nurturing foster placements for looked after children through our culturally diverse carers. Synergy Fostering was established in 2000 and has continued to provide quality placements to Local Authorities within London.

Meeting Children's Needs

It is our belief that providing stable placements for children and young people is all about the standards that we set and achieve in our organisation. High quality care can only be provided by high quality carers, Supervising Social Workers and support resources. We are focussed on delivery of such a service in order to promote the welfare of the child.

Synergy Fostering is a child-centred organisation with a clear mission; the safety, security and development of all children in our care.

At the heart of our values is that of professional parenting. The foster carers' skill in parenting children has a direct bearing on the outcome of a placement. With that in mind our service is directed at supporting the carer to deliver the key elements of a care plan and also to monitor for any risks to the child. This will be done through training, education, consultation, supervision and peer group support. The core values in our organisation permeate everything that we do.
