Management Support

There are three Company Directors, two are involved in the social work aspect of fostering and the third is committed to developing the commercial side of the business, who are approachable and available as required.

SOCIAL WORK DIRECTOR - Mrs Shobha Harris is the Registered Manager and is responsible for the support and management of all Foster Carers and Social Workers.

SOCIAL WORK DIRECTOR - Ms Gurmeet Sodhi is the Responsible Individual and manages the day-to-day administration, training, management of the company finances and the Independent Fostering Panel.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR - Mr John Barnes is responsible for the financial and commercial aspects of the company and also provides consultative management support.
