Our Staff

Currently, Synergy Fostering has two permanent Supervising Social Workers that are based at Marshalsea Road in the city of London. The Supervising Social Workers manage, supervise and support Foster Carers on their caseload, which is split up of South/East and West/North London. All our Social Workers have a Diploma in Social Work qualification and experience in fostering and or children & families teams.

In addition we are in support of developing the social work profession and as a result to date have provided three social work student placements. We work in partnership with Brunel University, who have selected these students. We currently have one part-time student from Brunel. Our team is also supported by a fulltime Administrator.
